Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The Sales Executives will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. They will be responsible for selling the products represented by our company and assisting customers in finding the items they need. The Sales Executives will handle company-generated leads and also generate leads using our proven field marketing techniques. They will be involved in all stages of the sales process, from initial Request for Quote searches to follow-up after the goods are received.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively sell the products represented by the company and identify customer needs to provide suitable solutions.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize proven field marketing techniques to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Request for Quote (RFQ) Management: Perform all initial RFQ searches, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Cross-Referencing: Provide cross-references to customers, assisting them in finding alternative or complementary products.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to the follow-up after the goods are received, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products represented by the company, including features, benefits, and technical specifications, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Request for Quote (RFQ) processes and sales techniques is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the products and industry in which the company operates is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
